Yes — full-coverage guards enclose every blade and it sits under 250 g. Outdoor flights still need a CAA Operator ID.
Do I need the Fly More Combo?
If you’ll fly for more than one battery at a time, yes — the extra batteries and hub are cheaper bought as the combo than separately.
