heliguy (heliguy.com) is operated by heliguy from Unit 9, Jupiter Court, Orion Business Park, North Shields, Tyne & Wear NE29 7SE. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

• Account details (name, email, phone, billing/shipping address) when you register or place an order.
• Order history, payment confirmation and rental records.
• Communications with our sales, training and support teams.
• Technical data (IP address, browser/device, pages visited) collected via cookies and analytics.

• To fulfil orders, deliver training courses and process rentals.
• To provide DJI-authorised aftercare and warranty support.
• To send service updates, training reminders and (with consent) marketing.
• To improve the site and detect fraud or abuse.

We process personal data under one or more of: contract performance, legitimate interest, consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, dispute resolution).

• Payment processors (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, iwoca etc.).
• Couriers and logistics partners for delivery.
• DJI, XGRIDS and other authorised partners where required for warranty or repair claims.
• Statutory authorities where legally required.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes collected or as required by tax/accounting law (currently a minimum of six years for financial records).
