Why this exists
Most pilots leave their accredited course with the knowledge to fly legally — but without the practical scaffolding to win their first contract, write their first risk assessment, or buy the right aircraft for the work they actually want to do. The Assistive Programme exists to compress that gap.
It's not a course. It's ongoing one-to-one support from a senior heliguy pilot through the first months of commercial operation — call, email and where useful in-person mentoring as real client work lands on your desk.
