Closed courses
Closed-cohort drone training delivered for your team alone — at our Newcastle base or onsite at your premises. Bespoke curriculum, your aircraft, your operating environment, your timeline. The format most enterprise customers use after their first season of public-course intake.
When to switch from public to closed
Public courses are the right choice for a single pilot, or for two or three pilots from the same organisation who want a standard GVC pathway. Once you're training a whole team, or you need the syllabus tailored to a specific platform, or the commercial schedule won't bend to public course dates — closed delivery is usually the faster, cheaper and better-aligned option.
We'll work with your operations manager to design the right syllabus, scope the assessment criteria to your fleet and operating volumes, and deliver it wherever makes sense for the team.
How closed courses work
Bespoke curriculum
Course built around your aircraft, sensors and the operations you actually fly.
Your venue or ours
Newcastle training base, or delivered onsite at your operating location.
Flexible scheduling
Dates that fit your operational rota, not a public course calendar.
RAE(PC) accreditation
Same CAA-recognised qualifications you'd get on a public course.
Plan a closed course
Tell us the team size, the qualification or workflow you need, and your preferred delivery model — we'll come back with a syllabus outline and a fixed fee.
