“Heliguy were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I ordered the A2cofc and GVC combined course and every step of the way they were incredibly supportive. The online service allowed me to learn in my own time instead of taking time off work and the free resits made my exams as well as my learning comfortable and stress free. Luckily I passed both first time but that safety net was great. The online videos are clear and concise and if there was anything I didn't understand, they were fast to respond and informative on the live chat or just a phone call away. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever you needed them. I often thought I was bothering them too much but they always reassured me that they were more than happy to help. I was nervous ahead of my practical GVC exam, but Lois was brilliant. She reassured me and made the experience enjoyable and a lot less stressful that I expected while maintaining the standards of the exam. The only small negative of the course was that I had to complete 2 hours of flying before my exam, and while it was very helpful for me to practice manoeuvres and emergency procedures, it was a bit of a pain finding places to legally fly away from the general public during dry days. This is something I knew going in so I can't really complain about it and it's certainly not a reason to not take this course. All in all, I can't thank the team at Heliguy enough and when you factor it the cost of the course compared to it's competitors, it's a no brainer.”
