What are the differences between the DJI FlightHub 2 licenses?

DJI FlightHub 2 offers three licence types - Standard, Business, and Enterprise. There is also the On-premises version.

The key differences are:

Standard: A free starter plan for basic use. Includes a limited set of features and resource quotas.

Business: A paid subscription plan offering all professional features. No limit on the number of devices you can connect. Included resources are finite. When they run out you can buy add‑on packages.

Enterprise: A paid plan designed for heavy use and government or enterprise customers, with the complete feature set. Most resources are available for unlimited use during the subscription period (mapping image quotas excluded from unlimited use). There is a limit on how many devices can be online at the same time.

DJI FlightHub 2 has launched a Business licence and removed the Professional licence. What does this mean?

On January 27, 2026, DJI FlightHub 2 officially launched the new Business Version, and discontinued the previous Professional Versions (1-month/12-month/3-year).

Users whose Professional Versions are within the validity period before the discontinuation will be automatically upgraded to the new Business Version free of charge. At the same time, the features available in the standard version will also be adjusted.

Launch of the New Business Version: The new Business Version offers a wider range of advanced features. Beta features currently in trial will also be officially supported.

Discontinuation of Professional Versions (1-Month / 12-Month / 3-Year): The current Professional Versions have been removed. Versions that have already been purchased or activated will remain available and will be upgraded to the Business Version at no cost.

Adjustment to Mapping Image Packages: The previous 20,000-image package has been removed. The new mapping image recharge package will be introduced. Already purchased or activated image packages can still be used normally.

Relaxed restrictions for Standard Version: The standard version will no longer limit the number of projects or the number of models loaded to the map in each project.

New Restrictions on the Standard Version: The maximum number of user accounts per organisation will be set to 5. The following features will not be supported: Custom project roles and permissions, exporting flight records locally, viewing organisation data dashboard, creating analyzers, sharing project data within the organisation, linking analyzers in automated workflows, and automated assignment workflow. Virtual cockpit will support official algorithms for people, vehicle, vessel, and large-object detection, but third-party algorithm-based detection will not be supported. AI waypoint and patrol routes will support official people, vehicle, and vessel detection, but not third-party algorithms. Smart search will be limited to 4 uses per organisation per month. Change detection will be limited to 4 uses per organisation per month.

Retention of Existing Data: All accounts already added to organisations, custom project roles and permissions, and analyzers created before these changes take effect will remain and will not be deleted.

Which devices support DJI FlightHub 2?

DJI FlightHub 2 supports:

DJI Docks: DJI Dock 3, DJI Dock 2, and DJI Dock.

Drone Platforms: DJI Matrice 400, DJI Matrice 350 RTK, the DJI Matrice 30 Series, the DJI Matrice 4 Series, the DJI Matrice 4D Series, the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series (excluding DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral), etc.

DJI FlightHub 2 livestream duration consumption is calculated based on the total viewing time across the platform.

The following situations count toward livestream consumption:

1. All device livestreams, including DJI Dock cameras, drone cameras (including flight assist footage), and payload cameras.

2. Any method of accessing or using the livestream: device status windows, the Virtual Cockpit, simultaneous livestreams, livestream sharing, livestream recording (manual or automatic), livestream forwarding via cloud intelligent algorithms, livestream forwarding via FlightHub Sync, and livestreams used for multimodal object detection.

3. Viewing time per account is accumulated. If multiple accounts watch the same livestream at the same time, the total viewing time is multiplied by the number of viewers.

Will I be prompted when the storage space is full or insufficient?

There will be notifications in both DJI Pilot 2 and DJI FlightHub 2 if the storage space is full or insufficient.

Is DJI FlightHub 2 compatible with DJI accounts?

DJI FlightHub 2 uses the DJI Unified Account, so there is no need to create/activate an additional DJI account.

If you leave DJI FlightHub 2's Virtual Cockpit page for more than 40 minutes, the platform will automatically stop the livestream to prevent unintended continuous streaming.

How are resources consumed and calculated for the Business Version (12-Month Plan)?

DJI FlightHub 2 Business Version (12-Month Plan): Resources are allocated monthly.

Unused livestream minutes or mapping image quotas from each month can be rolled over to the following month.

Rollovers are valid for one month only—if not used by the end of the next month, they will expire.

Any unused resources will expire when the package ends.

Does it support simultaneous transmission of M300 dual gimbal image?

This is not supported at the moment.
