What is the difference in data security between DJI FlightHub 2 and DJI FlightHub 2 On-premises? ⌄
With DJI FlightHub 2, drone data (photos, videos, telemetry, logs) is stored on DJI’s secure cloud infrastructure. For users outside of China, this data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, which are deployed in the US. AWS servers are compliant with IS0/IEC 27001 security certifications. FlightHub 2 also has ISO 27701 privacy compliance.
DJI FlightHub 2 On-Premises enables organisations to run FlightHub 2 within their own private data centres or internal servers (including private cloud servers), without relying on external cloud services. This deployment model gives companies complete control over how drone data is handled, stored, and accessed, making it ideal for operations that deal with sensitive or classified information.
Does FlightHub 2 On-premises have the same functionality as DJI FlightHub 2?⌄
Essentially, yes.
While maximising user data security, DJI FlightHub 2 On-prem provides an identical user experience to DJI FlightHub 2.
The user interface and core features, such as live streaming, flight route management, model management, task management, media management, and equipment management are consistent with the standard FlightHub 2
The On-prem version's modelling capabilities are consistent with those of the standard FlightHub 2. Powered by DJI Terra, it supports cloud-based 2D and 3D reconstructions.
However, FlightHub 2 On-premises requires users to obtain and import map and elevation data themselves, while firmware management is conducted through offline upgrade packages.

DJI FlightHub 2 offers three licence types - Standard, Business, and Enterprise. There is also the On-premises version.

Standard: A free starter plan for basic use. Includes a limited set of features and resource quotas.
Business: A paid subscription plan offering all professional features. No limit on the number of devices you can connect. Included resources are finite. When they run out you can buy add‑on packages.
Enterprise: A paid plan designed for heavy use and government or enterprise customers, with the complete feature set. Most resources are available for unlimited use during the subscription period (mapping image quotas excluded from unlimited use). There is a limit on how many devices can be online at the same time.
