What do I need to book a rental?
Provide a few key documents, then enjoy your hire.
Insurance
Insure your rental under a hired-in (non-owned) equipment policy. We’ll need a certificate before your kit ships.
Flyer ID
Hold a valid CAA Flyer ID, plus an Operator ID covering the category of aircraft you’re hiring.
Proof of ID
After checkout, send a copy of your passport or driving licence so we can verify the booking.

What are the power sources of the D-RTK 2 Mobile Station?⌄
There are three power sources: 1. Internal battery WB37-4920mAh-7.6V 2. External battery (MG12000P) 3. AC power adapter. The internal battery lasts for at least two hours. The battery can be charged through the external power port on the D-RTK 2 Mobile Station, or removed and charged with the charger. When not in use, remove the internal battery.
Do I need to calibrate the D-RTK 2 Mobile Station with a reference point?⌄
If there is a point with known location coordinates, simply place the D-RTK 2 Mobile Station exactly on that point then input the coordinates in the App. Make sure the difference in distance between the input and actual coordinates is less than 5 metre, or the input will not work.
How do I import a fixed set of coordinates into the D-RTK 2 Mobile Station?⌄
This can be done in the remote controller app. See the user manual for more information.
Which drones are compatible with the DJI D-RTK 2 Base Station?⌄
The DJI D-RTK 2 Base Station is compatible with solutions such as DJI Matrice 350/300 RTK, DJI Inspire 3, DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series, DJI Matrice 30 Series, DJI FlyCart 30, DJI Agras, and DJI Phantom 4 RTK.
Does my Heliguy rental include an SD card?⌄
No, heliguy™ rentals do not come with any external SD cards.
