What do I need to book a rental?
Provide a few key documents, then enjoy your hire.
Insurance
Insure your rental under a hired-in (non-owned) equipment policy. We’ll need a certificate before your kit ships.
Flyer ID
Hold a valid CAA Flyer ID, plus an Operator ID covering the category of aircraft you’re hiring.
Proof of ID
After checkout, send a copy of your passport or driving licence so we can verify the booking.

Emlid RS3 Tilt Compensation
- Tilt Compensation:
The IMU-based tilt compensation in Reach RS3 enables you to make measurements with up to 60° of tilt while still staying within 20mm of accuracy. Reach RS3 continuously measures and corrects tilt in real time to keep you on target.
- Immune to Magnetic Disturbances:
Unaffected by magnetic fields, RS3’s IMU sensors provide robust tilt compensation even when working close to metal structures.
- Quick Initialisation:
Tilt initialisation takes about 20 metres of walking or 10-20 seconds of tilting.
- Calibration-Free:
The IMU in each device is calibrated at the factory so you can get your Reach RS3 up and running right out of the box.
