It exceeded all expectations. We searched and located in under 10 mins repeatedly at a 63 acre site with fields, scrubland and woods. The waypoint area mapping functionality was perfect. It came with 3 batteries but we comfortably got 5 full flights to map the whole area in one session. As for the customer service, Kyle was fantastic with his help, knowledge, and expediency as we had left things until the last minute and they were still able to accommodate us. Thank you :D

Excellent Drone Hire Service I recently hired drone equipment from Heliguy, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Their team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing expert advice to ensure I got the right gear for my needs. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. One of the standout aspects was their efficient next-day delivery. The drone arrived on time, well-packaged, and in excellent condition. Everything was included to get me up and running straight away. What really impressed me was the attention to detail – Heliguy provided all the necessary return packaging, making it incredibly easy to send the drone back once I was finished. The overall hiring process was seamless, with clear instructions and no hidden surprises. Their customer service team was also on hand for any queries, which added an extra layer of confidence in using their service. Whether you're a professional drone operator or just need equipment for a specific project, I would highly recommend Heliguy. Their expertise, reliability, and customer-focused approach make them a top choice for drone hire in the UK. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
