DJI Mavic 3 Pro — common questions

Which Mavic 3 Pro combo should I buy?

Most professionals choose a Fly More Combo for the extra batteries and bag. Step up to the Cine Combo only if you need internal ProRes recording and the 1TB SSD for broadcast or grading-heavy work.

Standard combo or Cine — what’s the difference?

The Cine adds Apple ProRes 422 HQ recording up to 5.1K/50 and an internal 1TB SSD. The camera hardware is otherwise the same triple-camera system; the difference is codec and storage for high-end post.

DJI RC or RC Pro controller?

The RC Pro has a brighter, more capable built-in screen suited to bright-light professional work. The standard RC is more affordable and perfectly capable for most shoots.

How does the Mavic 3 Pro compare to the Mavic 4 Pro?

The Mavic 4 Pro is the newer flagship with a 100MP Hasselblad and longer range. The Mavic 3 Pro remains a proven triple-camera workhorse, often at a lower price. We can help you weigh the two.

Can I add crash cover?

Yes — DJI Care Refresh and our Repair Refresh both cover the Mavic 3 Pro range.
