For Open Category operations in the UK up until the end of 2025, the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise EU-C1 can be flown in the A2 subcategory (close to people) with an A2 CofC, or in the A3 subcategory (far from people) without an A2 CofC. However, from the start of 2026, when the UK CAA recognises EU class markings, the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise EU-C1 can be flown in the Open Category's A1 subcategory, conducting flights over people: Thus giving operators more freedom.
